• Confirmation & Rates depends on availability at time of booking and subject to changes without prior notice.
• Quotation is based on contracted rates, doesn’t include any surcharge applicable for peak period or convention dates.
• This quotation does not automatically guarantee that room will be available at time of booking.
• Transfers from DMK airport add on surcharges is applicable.
• HOTEL CHECK IN/OUT: 1400HRS onwards /1200HRS
• All REQUEST (Early Check in / late Check Out /Interconnecting or Adjacent / Preferred Floor) and Room type (double or twin bed) is on request basis subject to availability upon check-in.

• Child below 3 Years free of charge if taller than 90 CM will charge for the ticket cost directly on arrival
• Child 4 – 11 Years if taller than 120CM will have extra charge for the ticket cost directly on arrival
• Maximum Airport Waiting Time is 90 Minute

*For Phi Phi big boat program, client must pay 30 Baht for Insurance at the Phuket pier and 20 Baht for cleaning fee at the island*

PAYMENT POLICY

• PREPAYMENT VIA TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER (BANK CHARGE USD 30)
• R.O.E will be applicable at the date of final payment

CANCELLATION POLICY
Package can be cancelled with written mail from the person making the booking. The Cancellation charges per person applicable areas per the published cancellation policy below:

• Minimum Cancellation (Processing Fees) is Rs. 1,500 THB Per Person Per Tour.
• 45 – 20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25% of full tour cost.
• 19 – 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost.
• 09 – 06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 75% of full tour cost.
• 05 – 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
• No refund for unused nights or early check-out.

Travel Deck offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. We, at Travel Deck, prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

In the event of this happening, we will be refunding you the amount paid for the tour package or in some cases your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations, we operate tourism. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flights’ cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline’s terms and conditions, and bank surcharges fees applied on the deposit amount paid.
